Udus, organic farming.
Since the origins of Udus, we have applied all the procedures for the production of organic wines. In our vineyards we have completely excluded the use of synthetic chemicals and pesticides. During the harvest, we gather the grapes exclusively by hand, put them in crates and take them to the winery where, after a day of rest in fresh environments, we proceed with the transformation.
Returning to the vine.
Our choice of method has become a choice of life. Returning to the vine means returning to slowness and to one’s roots, to find and rediscover them. This is how we conceive wine, as a product of man and the earth together, in a relationship of profound mutual respect.
